The Fountain is a project to set up a town centre youth and community centre in Bedford. We’re just getting started, and if you’re interested in getting involved, we’d love to hear from you.
The project is being led by a team of directors with a range of experience in youth, community and project work headed up by Chris Johnson, who has worked as a youth worker in a local church for 5 years, and during that time has been involved in a number of drop in and regular session projects. It is anticipated a wide variety of organisations will be involved, including statutory and voluntary sector service providers, including healthcare, education, careers, arts and faith sector partners.
